Janett’s fee is based on a standard therapy hour of 50 minutes and payment is due at the beginning of each session. The charge for a 50 minute session is $120 and she accepts cash and check only.

Janett is a preferred provider for Premera and LifeWise insurance plans. Insurance does not typically cover missed/cancelled sessions.

Your session time has been saved for you and preparation has been made to address your specific treatment goals. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so within 24 hours of scheduled session time. You will be charged the full session fee if you do not show or cancel a session without 24 hours notice.

Upon request, Janett can provide a receipt (for services received) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of payment. While many insurance companies do reimburse, she cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company for services provided. Please contact your insurance company directly to find out more information about your or your child’s mental health coverage.
