Janett is a preferred provider for Premera, LifeWise & First Choice Health Network insurance plans and is listed under “pediatric behavioral health”.
Her fee for counseling services are based on a standard therapy hour of 50 minutes and payment is due at the beginning of each session. A first appointment fee is $180.00 and future 50 minute sessions are $120.00; cash and checks accepted.
For parenting consultation, the fee for a 50 minute session is $99.00. Please call for more information.
Once you have scheduled an appointment, preparation has been made to address specific treatment goals. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so within 24 hours of scheduled session time. Insurance does not typically cover missed/cancelled sessions and you will be charged a $60.00 fee if you do not show to an appointment or cancel a session without 24 hours notice.
Upon request, Janett can provide a receipt (for services rendered) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of payment. While many insurance companies do reimburse, she cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company directly to find out more information about your child’s mental health coverage.
