Janett is a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in treating children and adolescents. She is warm, compassionate and non-judgmental. Her practice, located in downtown Bellevue, is easily accessible via I-405 from Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish and Mercer Island.
Counseling can help children develop coping strategies, build problem-solving skills, and increase their self-confidence. Kids can benefit from counseling especially if there has been a major transition in their life, such as parental divorce, a recent move, or serious illness in the family. Sometimes it isn’t clear what has caused a change in your child’s behavior or emotions but you suspect they might be having difficulty. Trust your instincts and seek help.
